Mutton Soup Home Remedy For Cough and Cold | ഈ മട്ടൺ സൂപ്പ് കുടിച്ചാൽ ചുമയും ജലദോഷവും പമ്പ കടക്കും









Mutton soup is simple,  tasty and very healthy. You can prepare mutton soup with mutton pieces or bone. It is very good for children as well as older ones. Here, soup is cooking in pressure cooker, so it can be prepare within 15 minutes. It is good for cold and cough also.

Ingredients

Mutton - 200 grams
Shallots - 10
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Green chilly - 2
Tomato - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 4 1/2 cup

Ghee - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
