                                                         Here's the Kerala sadya special pineapple pulissery recipe. This very simple dish. Easy to make and not need much time. It is sweet and sour recipe.  Ingredients Pineapple  - 1 cup Water - 1/2 cup Salt - to taste Sugar - 1/2 tablespoon Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon Grated coconut - 1/2 cup Green chilly - 1 Garlic - 1 Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Curd - 1/2 cup Coconut oil - 2 teaspoon Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoon Dried chilly - 2 Curry leaves - 4 or 5 nos.
