Homemade Tutti Frutti | Candied Pappaya | ട്യൂട്ടി ഫ്രൂട്ടി എളുപ്പത്തിൽ വീട്ടിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കാം









Tutti Frutti is also known as candied pappaya. It is mainly using in desserts, icecreams, cakes etc. There are 2 types of tutti frutti - western and Indian. Westerns are made from various chopped fruits which are then preserved in brandy, mainly the processing continues for several months as in different seasons / months there are different fruits. Indian tutti frutti is making with raw pappaya keeping in sugar syrup. It is very tasty and kids love this. I am here showing Indian Tutti Frutti.

Ingredients

Raw pappaya - 500 gm
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 4 cup
Vanilla essence -  3/4 teaspoon (optional)
Red color - 1 drop
Green color - 1 drop
 Yellow color - 1 drop
