                                               Feeding babies and toddlers during travel is stressful for most parents! Most of the parents avoid ready made cerelac now a days But travelling with home made baby food is not possible. We need instant cerelac for babies. Here is the recipe of travel food for babies that can be prepared instantly by just adding hot water within a minute. It is very easy to prepare and is very delicious and healthy. Ingredients

Red rice flakes - 1 cup

White rice flakes - 1 cup 

Roasted dalia split  1/2 cup

Sugar - as needed
