Pressure Cooker Chicken Biriyani | മുഹറം സ്പെഷ്യൽ പ്രഷർ കുക്കർ ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണിയും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങളും


                                  Here's the recipe of pressure cooker briyani. It is very easy to make. You don't want to preboil rice . In this recipe you can cook chicken and rice together. Its taste same as authentic biriyani. But you want to take care of some things. Don't add too much water, then rice became mushy.

                                Pressure cooker chicken biriyani will be very helpful for bachelors. This can be prepared during Christmas, Eid etc

Ingredients

Chicken - 400 gram
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Green chilly - 3
Garlic - 7
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Sunflower oil - 4 tablespoon
Ghee - 3 tablespoon
Cashew nut - 10
Raisins - 2 tablespoon
Onion - 3
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon stick - 2 small piece
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 4
Curd - 2 tablespoon
Mint leaves - 2 teaspoon( chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon - 1/2
