Bread dosa, we can also call it instant dosa, as we can make it very quickly within 5 minutes. This type dosa that everybody will enjoy. Bread dosa do not need to ferment batter. So if you became too late to prepare dosa batter, no worries.. Try bread dosa. Healthy bread dosas can be made with wheat bread, brown bread or multigrain bread. Try this quick breakfast or snack without investing much of your time.
Ingredients
Bread slices - 9
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Rice flour/ Gram flour - 1/4 cup
Curd/ Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Water - as needed
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
