Pineapple Payasam |പൈൻ ആപ്പിൾ പായസം / കൈതച്ചക്ക പായസം

                                                                Quick , easy and delicious pineapple payasam made with sweet pineapple, coconut milk and sago. Here i am not using jaggery instead of that sugar is used.  This is can be prepared for any occasions Onam, vishu etc. Do try this and give your feedback.

Ingredients

Pineapple - 1 cup
Ghee - 4 tablespoon
Cashew nuts - 10
Raisins - 2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Thin coconut milk - 1 cup
Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 4
Sago - 2 tablespoon
