Easy and yummy Kerala Style mango pickle. Try this recipe for coming Onam sadya

Ingredients

Green mango - 3 medium size
Green chilly - 2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Gingelly oil - 2 tablespoon
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried red chilly - 2
Garlic - 8
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Kashmiri chilly powder - 4 teaspoon
Water - 1/4 cup
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon
White vinegar - 3 teaspoon
