Beetroot kichadi Kerala Sadya Recipe | നല്ല നിറവും രുചിയുമുള്ള ബീറ്റ്റൂട്ട് കിച്ചടി തയ്യാറാക്കാം

                                                    Kichadi is yogurt based curry mainy prepared for Kerala sadya. I can be prepared with pineapple, ladies finger, cucumber etc.  It is  very easy to prepare. Onam Sadya is incomplete without beetroot kichadi

Ingredients

 Beetroot - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilly - 1
Curd - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut oil - 2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 4 or 5 nos.
Dried chilly -2

Shallots - 2
