Banana Fritters Without Using Oil | എണ്ണ ഉപയോഗിക്കാതെ കിടിലൻ പഴം പൊരി തയ്യാറാക്കാം

Banana - 2
All purpose flour / Maida - 3/4 cup
Rice flour - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Water - as needed
