Water - 5 cup
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cauliflower - 200 grams
All purpose flour / Maida - 4 tablespoon
Corn flour - 4 tablespoon
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red food color - 2 drops (optional)
Sunflower oil - for frying
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Carrot - 2 tablespoon
Cabbage - 2 tablespoon
Capsicum - 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Spring onion - 2 tablespoon
