Ingredients
Prawns - 500 gms
Kashmiri chilly powder - 4 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Seamse Oil - for frying
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilly - 3
Shallots - 3
Garlic - 8
Green chilly - 1
Curry leaves - 10 or 12
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
Water - 3/4 cup
